Abstract
The local financial reporting framework draft, subjected to independent auditing, is issued for entities which do not have an obligation to implemement full set of TAS/TFRS. In the draft, as well as the points convergenced with full set of TAS/TFRS, regulations in existing implementations are continued, too. In this study, the mentioned regulations will be compared with full set of TAS/TFRS and an evaluation will be made.

Abstract
Yerel Finansal Raporlama Çerçevesi taslağı, bağımsız denetime tabi olup, tam set TMS/TFRS uygulama zorunluluğu bulunmayan işletmeler için yayınlanmıştır. Taslakta Tam set TMS/TFRS ile yakınsama sağlanan hususların yanı sıra, mevcut uygulamaların devam ettirildiği düzenlemeler de bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada söz konusu düzenlemeler tam set TMS/TFRS ile karşılaştırılacak ve bir değerlendirmesi yapılacaktır.
