Yoğun çalışma koşulları ve çalışma ortamındaki stres kaynakları tükenmişlik kavramını günümüzün en önemli meslek hastalıklarından birisi olarak karşımıza çıkarmıştır. Rol stres kaynakları da tükenmişliği önemli ölçüde etkileyen faktörlerdendir. Bu çalışma, rol stres kaynaklarının mesleki tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, muhasebe meslek mensupları üzerinde bir anket uygulaması yapılarak veri toplanmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Rol stres kaynakları faktörlerinin mesleki tükenmişlik faktörleri üzerindeki etkisini ifade etmek amacıyla çoklu regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, rol stres kaynaklarından rol çatışması ve rol belirsizliğinin mesleki tükenmişlik üzerinde etkili olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
Intensive working conditions and stress sources in the working environment have brought the concept of burnout as one of the most important occupational diseases of today. Role stressors are also factors that significantly affect burnout. This study aims to investigate the effects of role stressors on occupational burnout. In the study, a questionnaire was applied on professional accountants and data was collected and analyzed. Multiple regression analyzes were conducted to express the effect of role stress sources factors on job burnout factors. As a result, it was observed that role conflict and role ambiguity from role stressors had an impact on job burnout.
