Metric, written and visual documentation; The cultural heritage and the determination of the current situation and problems, can be used as basic data protection in all kinds of work for the solution of these problems. In addition, the promotion of the cultural heritage passed on to future generations and society in an important way. showing a rapid development in today's technological development of digital terrestrial photogrammetry method it is also frequently used in these studies. In this study, the Tekgöz Bridge is located 30km north-west of Kayseri photogrammetric building survey work has been done. Tekgöz Bridge, Sultan II. Rükneddin time of Suleyman Shah, it was built in 1202 by Kayseri Haci Ali Shir Bin Hussein. The bridge is on the Kizilirmak River. Tekgöz Bridge photogrammetric measurements were made with digital terrestrial photogrammetric methods. In this study are scale drawings of the facade of the bridge as a result, we obtained a three-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional frameworks of Models. Documenting the historical and cultural monuments of digital terrestrial photogrammetry method showed that their work provides great convenience. Both field studies, as well as office work, resulting in a short time. Digital terrestrial photogrammetry method of documentation made this work can be done more easily with costs that do not require hardware and software, and can be archived for historical scale and cultural artifacts in digital media is seen that the obtained three-dimensional model. Also in this study, after the completion of photogrammetric 3D animation was completed in avi format.
