Bladder leiomyomas are benign tumors that constitute 0,43% of all bladder neoplasms. Although their pathophysiology is not fully understood, they are thought to be associated with abnormal endocrine changes. They are usually seen in middle-aged women, and their symptoms may vary depending on the size and location of the tumor. Radiological techniques can be used to assist in the diagnosis, but the definitive diagnosis is made through histopathological examination. In our study, we examined two cases with intramural bladder leiomyoma, which is quite rare in the literature, clinically, radiologically, and histopathologically. Both patients presented to our clinic due to lower urinary tract symptoms. Upon physical examination, laboratory and radiological examinations, masses were detected in their bladders. Diagnostic cystoscopic examination did not reveal any intravesical tumor formation, and simultaneous pelvic exploration was performed. During the exploration, it was determined that the masses in the bladder were intramural, and partial cystectomy was performed. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of bladder leiomyoma for both cases. We believe that our cases will be useful in the management of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with bladder leiomyoma in the future and contribute to the literature.
