Neural tube defects(NTD) are congenital diseases of almost 1/1000 frequency and occurs with the disclosure of neural tube during the 4th week of embriogenesis. It may develop from servical to sacral localization and cause neurologic disfunctions with different severities.The etiology is not clear ; genetic and environmental conditions can be accused. Our study is
multicentric and clinic profiles, therapotic approaches and prognosis of patients with NTD are searched with review of the literature.

Abstract
Nöral tüp defektleri (NTD), yaklaşık 1/1000 sıklığında gözlenen konjenital bir hastalıktır ve embriyogenezisin ilk 4 haftası sırasında nöral tüpün kapanma defekti sonucu oluşur. Servikal bölgeden sakral bölgeye kadar her noktada gelişebilir. Lezyonun seviyesine bağlı olarak çeşitli derecelerde nörolojik disfonksiyonlara sebep olabilir. Etyoloji değişkendir, genetik ve çevresel faktörler suçlanabilir. Bizim bu çalışmamızda incelediğimiz hastalar birden çok merkezden temin edilmiştir ve NTD tanısıyla takip edilen ve doğan hastaların klinik profilleri, tedavi yaklaşımları ve takipleri yeniden araştırılarak literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
