Epidermolizis Bülloza Distrofikalı Hastada Anestezi Yönetimi

Abstract

Epidermolizis Bülloza Distrofika (EBD) genetik geçişli, derinin frajilitesinde artış sonucu ortaya çıkan tekrarlayıcı büllerin oluşumu ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Bu olgulara, anestezi gerektiren durumlarda mukoza ve ciltteki her işlem yeni lezyon oluşumuna neden olabileceği için minimal travmaya neden olunabilecek düzeyde dikkatli olunmalı ve noninvaziv monitörizasyon mümkünse tercih edilmelidir. Bu olgumuzda EBD tanısı konulmuş bir hastaya anestezi yaklaşımımız sunulmuştur.
