NISAR is a national, scientific and academic peer-reviewed electronic journal published twice a year, in May and November, by Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Faculty of Islamic Sciences. Provided that they are related to the field of theology, original research articles, translations and book reviews etc. written on religious sciences, philosophy, religious sciences, history, language, literature and fine arts. publishes academic articles. Academic studies submitted to the journal for publication should be prepared in accordance with the ISNAD Citation System (ISNAD II Version with Footnotes) and should be arranged in accordance with the journal writing rules. The publication language of the journal is Turkish. However, studies written in English and Arabic are also included in the journal, provided that it does not exceed 1/3 of the total number of articles published in each issue. Articles published in NISAR must comply with the "Research and Publication Ethics Principles". A written statement is obtained from the authors that they comply with research ethics, and a committee approval document is also requested for studies that require "Ethics Committee Permission". The articles submitted to the journal are scanned with a special software and their originality and free of plagiarism are determined. It is evaluated by at least two expert referees in accordance with the double-blind refereeing system.
