The use of industrial waste rubbers to improve properties of concrete is quite common. In this study, ultrasound pulse velocity and compressive strength experiments were made by adding waste automobile rubber to concrete in two different sizes. Test specimens mix proportions were prepared and after 28 days ultrasound pulse velocity and compressive strength experiments were made on hardened concrete. The properties of rubberized concretes produced in laboratory were found by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Fuzzy Logic (FL). As a result of studies, the accommodation was observed between ANN, FL results and experimental results. Having in hand the mix proportion, concrete properties may be predicted with a small error in a short time by using models constitute in ANN and FL systems without laboratory experiments.
