In this study, effects of steel fiber and fly ash on compressive load of concrete and mechanical properties of concrete are researched. For that reason 300, 350 and 400 dosage cylindrical and prismatic concrete specimens with fiber and fly ash and three pieces of 200 mm diameter pipe have been produced. In every mixture of specimens, steel fibers have been used, as 0.4 % of the total weight and fly ash have been used as 15 % of cement dosage. The use of steel fiber and fly ash together have increased the compressive, tensile, bending strenghts and the top loading 16 %, 54 %, 100 % and 130 % respectively. Therefore, it is wise to use fiber at concrete pipes.
