Abstract

Talusun total çıkığı çok nadir bir yaralanmadır ve tedavisi konusunda net bir görüş birliği yoktur. Talusun reimplantasyonu ve primer tibiakalkaneal füzyon önerilen tedavi seçenekleri arasındadır. Biz araç içi trafik kazası sonrası değerlendirdiğimiz kırk bir yaşındaki bayan hastamızda total talus çıkığı tespit ettik. Olguyu talusun reimplantasyonu ile tedavi ettik. Tedavi sonrası on aylık takibimizde enfeksiyon veya avasküler nekroz gibi komplikasyonlar ile karşılaşmadık. Talusun total çıkığı için reimplantasyonu öncelikli tedavi seçeneği olarak önermekteyiz.
