The research interests of Dr. Aldona Migała-Warchoł focus primarily on aspects of modeling the socio-economic development of the countries belonging to the European Union, the study of the impact of the distinguished determinants on the socio-economic development of the EU countries and the use of methods of multidimensional statistical analysis to study the quality and standard of life (including the author's method – using the modified HDI – Human Development Index). She is the author of 50 publications, including a scientific monograph published in English in 2021 on 'Modeling of socio-economic development in European Union countries'. She has participated in several international conferences. Dr. Aldona Migała-Warchoł received four awards from the Rector of the Rzeszów University of Technology in 2022 and 2024 for her scientific monograph and for high-scoring scientific publications.
