Abstract

Cervical vertigo depends on the correlation of dizziness and imbalance with neck pain and the exclusion of other neurological, vestibular and psychosomatic diseases by history, examination and vestibular function tests. Cervical equilibrium disorder pathophysiology is explained by vasculature, neurovascular, cervical sympathetic nerve plexus irritation, somatosensorial input hypotheses. Cervical-induced dizziness complains of too many patients and these patients are referred to many polyclinics. Cervical pathologies should be kept in mind in such patients.
