Abstract
Primer meme anjiosarkomları memenin nadir görülen maligniteleridir. Erkek hastalarda son derece nadir görülür. Meme anjiosarkomları primer ve sekonder anjiosarkomlar olarak ortaya çıkabilir. Anjiosarkomlarda tümör boyutu, cerrahi sınır durumu gibi klinikopatolojik faktörlerin prognozda önemli olduğu rapor edilmiştir. Bu makalede erkek bir hastada görülen meme anjiosarkomu literatür verileri ışığında sunulacaktır.

Abstract
Primary breast angiosarcomas are rare malignities of breast. They are extremely rare in male patients. Breast angiosarcomas can occur as primary or secondary angiosarcomas. In angiosarcomas, clinicopathological factors such as tumour size, surgical margin status have been reported to be important in prognosis. In this article, breast angiosarcoma in a male patient will be presented in the light of the literature.
