Death has
many consequences in terms of law. The personality ends, so the rights attached
to the person end. With death, embezzlement generally ends. The marriage of the
married person comes to an end (Mk.131). The custody ends. Links to beech

And lastly, in relation to position, it causes death heritage. In our work,
death compensation will be referred to the rights arising from death. The death
penalty depends on the death of one of the parties. The Law of Turkish
Obligations, which entered into force in 2012, should be discussed in the
doctrine of the nature of death compensation, which is included in various
laws. The fact that severance pay is not included in the TBK indicates the
importance of compensation. This compensation paid to the remainder of the
deceased worker should be very important for the employees of the TBK and
should be discussed in the doctrine of the workers of the other laws.
