Yenidoğan Sarılıklarında Tedavi Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Sarılık, yenidoğan döneminde en sık görülen problemlerden birisidir. Yenidoğan bebeklerin yarısından fazlasında yaşamın ilk günlerinde sarılık gelişebilir 1 . Erişkinlerde >2mg/dl, yenidoğanlarda >6mg/dl olduğunda, sarılık gözle görülebilir hale gelir. Sarılıklı bir bebek ile karşılaşıldığında fizyolojik mi, incelemeye gerek var mı, hangi tetkikler istenmeli, tehlike var mı, potansiyel tehlike nasıl saptanabilir, tehlike varsa nasıl tedavi edilmelidir gibi sorulara cevap aranmalıdır 1 .
