Abstract
İkiz gebeliklerin görülme oranının artmasıyla, maternal ve fetal komplikasyonlar önemli sorun haline gelmiştir. Maternal anemi, preeklampsi ve hipertansiyon gelişme riskinin artışı maternal morbidite ve mortalitenin önemli nedenleri arasında sayılabilir. İntrauterin gelişme geriliği, preterm doğumlar ve feto-fetal transfüzyon sendromu fetal morbidite ve mortalite artışına neden olabilirler. Günümüzde multifetal ve ikiz gebeliklerin daha sık görülmesiyle spontan veya transvaginal yolla multifetal gebelik redüksiyon oranı da artış göstermiştir. Bu vaka sunumumuzda , ikiz gebelikte fetüslerden biri abort etse dahi diğer fetüsün uygun tedavi ile viabilite sınırına kadar getirildiği bir vakayı sunuyoruz. redüksiyon sonrası kalan fetüste gebeliğin dört hafta daha sürdüğünü ve gebeliğin 24. Haftasında spontan vaginal
