ÖRGÜTSEL SİNİZM ve ÖRGÜTSEL SESSİZLİK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA: DEVLET SU İŞLERİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

İşletmelerde rekabet ortamına, işe ve iş yerine odaklanılması, teknolojinin gelişmesi ve küreselleşmenin artması çalışanların ihmal edilmesine neden olabilir. Çalışanların işletmelerde gerek duygusal gerek fiziksel açıdan ihmal edilmesi birtakım sorunlar yaratabilir. Bu durum ise çalışanların işletmeye karşı bazı olumsuz tutum ve davranış geliştirmesiyle son bulabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik arasında ilişki olup olmadığı incelemektir. Çalışma araştırmaya dayalı bir makaledir. Bu çalışmada örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik arasındaki ilişki istatistiki olarak incelenmiştir. İşletmelerde sinik davranışlar geliştiren çalışanların sinizm davranışları göstermelerinin aynı zamanda sessizlik davranışı geliştirmesine neden olmayacağını ortaya koyması çalışmanın özgünlüğünü oluşturmaktadır. Literatür incelendiğinde örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik kavramlarını birlikte ele alan ve örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik ilişkisini inceleyen bir çalışmaya rastlanılmamıştır. Kısıtlı alanla ilgili az sayıda çalışma yapıldığı için literatüre katkıda bulunulmak istenmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışma özgün nitelik taşımaktadır. Çalışmada ise, örgütsel sinizm ile örgütsel sessizlik arasında bir ilişki olmadığı sonucu ortaya konmuştur.
