Abstract
Önceleri misafir olarak görülen Suriyeli sığınmacılar, Suriye'deki iç savaşın uzamasıyla birlikte kalıcı hale gelmektedir. Türkiye'ye sığınmacı olarak gelen yaklaşık 3 milyon Suriyeliden, özellikle barınma merkezleri dışında kalanlar, kentlerde ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel sorunlar yaşamakta, yaşanan bu sorunlara bağlı olarak bir uyum sorunu ortaya çıkmaktadır.
Kentle uyum sorununun Şanlıurfa özelinde ele alındığı bu çalışmada amaç, kent merkezinde yaşayan Suriyeli sığınmacıların yaşadıkları sorunları tespit etmek ve bu konularda çözümler geliştirmektir. Yaşanan uyum sorunu hem Urfalılar hem de Suriyeliler için geçerlidir. Bu nedenle çalışma kapsamında, her biri 384 denekle, iki farklı anket çalışması uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar misafirliğin uzamasıyla birlikte sorunların da arttığını göstermektedir. Artan sorunları aşmanın tek yolu sağlıklı bir uyum sürecidir. Kuşkusuz uyum süreci tarafların karşılıklı anlayışını gerektiren, uzun ve sabır isteyen, karmaşık sorunlara çözüm aranan zorlu bir yol haritasıdır.

ABSTRACT
The Syrian asylum seekers, who were initially considered as guests, are now becoming permanent residents with the war taking longer than expected. Around 3 million Syrian asylum seekers, especially the ones living outside of the shelters, are facing economic, social and cultural difficulties in the cities, and are therefore having integration problems due to these difficulties.
This study aims at analyzing the integration problems specifically in the city of Şanlıurfa. The main objective of the study is to determine the problems encountered by the asylum seekers living in the city center and to develop solutions to these problems. The current integration problem applies to both the residents of Urfa and the Syrian asylum seekers. Therefore, two separate surveys, each having 384 test subjects, were conducted within the scope of this study. The results obtained indicate that the problems have mounted up with the guests staying longer than they are supposed to. The only way to overcome the ever-growing problems is to develop a healthy integration process. Beyond question, integration process is a long and challenging road map which requires mutual understanding and patience from both parties
