Abstract
Bu çalışma ile salgın sürecinin insan kaynakları uygulamalarına, dijitalleşmeye ve çalışanlara yansımaları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Aynı zamanda çalışanların salgın sürecinden nasıl etkilendikleri de tespit edilmiştir. Görüşme tekniğinden yararlanılan çalışmada yarı yapılandırılmış sorular aracılığı ile İzmir ilinde kamu ve özel sektörde çalışan, kurumlarında dijitalleşme sürecini deneyimlemiş veya yönetmiş 10 insan kaynakları profesyoneli ile görüşme yapılarak veriler toplanmış ve elde edilen veriler nitel içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Bulgulara genel olarak bakıldığında; katılımcıların salgın sürecinden olumsuz etkilendiği ve uzaktan çalışma modellerinden memnun olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda çalışanların hem iş hem de özel yaşamlarında salgın sürecinden nasıl etkilendikleri ve genelde örgütsel özelde ise insan kaynakları süreçlerinin hangilerinde ne şekilde/düzeyde dijitalleşmeye gidildiği de ortaya konmuştur.
