FİBERLE GÜÇLENDİRİLMİŞ KOMPOZİT KÖPRÜ UYGULAMALARININ HASTA MEMNUNİYETİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Giriş: Ön bölgede
diş eksikliği; birçok hastada karşılaşılabilen bir problemdir. Bu tür
durumlarda, bölgenin restorasyonu farklı tekniklerle gerçekleştirilebilir.
Adeziv diş hekimliği, geleneksel yöntemlere alternatif olarak koruyucu yaklaşımlar
sunar. Fiber altyapılı adeziv köprü uygulamaları alternatif yöntemlerden
biridir ve protetik diş hekimliğinde konservatif çözümler sunmaktadır.
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, direk
yöntem ile hazırlanan fiber ile güçlendirilmiş kompozit kantilever köprü
restorasyonlarının, bir yıllık hasta memnuniyetinin VAS skalası ile
değerlendirmektir.
Yöntem: Tek diş eksikliğinde direk
yöntemle uygulanan 105 adet, fiberle güçlendirilmiş köprü çalışmaya dahil
edilmiştir. VAS skalası yardımıyla, hastalardan protezlerinin görünüşü, rengi,
çiğneme etkinliği ve genel memnuniyeti açısından değerlendirme yapmaları
istenmiştir. Başlangıç, 3.,6.,9., ve 12. ay kontrol seanslarında değerlendirme
yapılmıştır. Her bir kategori, 10 mm ‘çok memnunum’ 0 mm ‘hiç memnun değilim’
şeklinde derecelendirilmiştir.
Bulgular: Genel ortalama olarak, VAS skalasında renk
(7,03mm), görünüş (7,05), çiğneme (6,4 mm) ve genel memnuniyet (7,5 mm), olarak
tespit edilmiştir. Dönemler arası fark istatistik olarak anlamlı değildir.
Tartışma
ve Sonuç: Fiber ile güçlendirilmiş
kompozit köprü uygulamaları koruyucu ve estetik bir tedavi yöntemidir. Diğer
avantajlarının arasında, kısa sürede sonuca ulaşılması, düşük maliyetli olması,
hijyenik ve kolay uygulanabilir olması yer alır. Fiber ile güçlendirilmiş
kompozit köprü uygulamalarının 1 yıllık estetik ve fonksiyon açısından hasta
memnuniyeti değerlendirildiğinde mükemmel ya da iyi olarak tespit edildi.
