Abstract
Mitral valve thrombosis in third trimester pregnancy: case reportThe incidence of thromboembolic complications are increased in pregnant women with mechanical heartvalves and, thromboembolic events are important complications threating both the lives of mother and fetus.Therefore, ideal anticoagulant theraphy should avoid mechanical heart valve thrombosis and should nothave teratogenic effect itself. But currently, ideal anticoagulant theraphy in pregnant women with mechanicalheart valve remains unclear. In this case report, we present a 30-week-pregnant female patient in whommechanical heart valve thrombosis developed during anticoagulation theraphy with low molecular weightheparin

Abstract
Mekanik kalp kapağı olan gebe kadınlarda tromboembolik komplikasyon sıklığı artmıştır ve tromboembolik olaylar hem anne hem de fetus yaşamını tehdit eden önemli komplikasyonlardır. Bundan dolayı, ideal antikoagulan tedavi mekanik kalp kapağı trombozunu engellemeli ve kendisi de teratojenik etkiye yol açmamalıdır. Ama, günümüzde mekanik kalp kapağı olan gebe kadınlarda ideal antikoagulan tedavi henüz belirsizliğini korumaktadır. Bu olgu sunumunda, düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparin ile antikoagülan tedavi altında iken mekanik kapak trombozu olan 30 haftalık gebe bir kadın olguyu sunuyoruz.
