Kompozit Rezin Restoratif Materyal ile Diastema Tedavisi- Olgu Sunumu Diastema Treatment with Composite Resin Restorative Material- Case Report

Abstract

Diastema dişlerin form ve şekillerindeki farklılıklardan, diş eksikliklerinden ya da diş arklarının boyutu ile dişlerin boyutları arasındaki uyumsuzluklardan kaynaklanmakta ve estetik sorunlara neden olmaktadır. Kliniğimize 40 yaşında kadın hasta, eski restorasyonlarının formundan ve dişleri arasındaki boşluk şikayetleri nedeni ile başvuran hastanın 13, 12, 11, 21, 22, 23 numaralı dişleri arasında diastema varlığı tespit edildi ve direkt kompozit rezin uygulaması ile ilgili dişlerin restore edilmesine karar verildi. Wax-up model üzerinden silikon indeks hazırlandı. İlgili dişlerin mine yüzeylerinde 30 saniye %37’lik fosforik asit uygulandı, yıkandı ve kurutulduktan sonra mine yüzeylerine adeziv sistem (Tetric N-Bond, Ivoclar Vivadent, Schaan, Liechtenstein) uygulandı. Silikon indeks yardımıyla nano-seramik kompozit rezin restoratif materyal (Specktra ST-HV,Dentsply Sirona, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) ile restorasyon tamamlandı. Restorasyon tamamlandıktan sonra bitirme ve parlatma işlemi kalın grenliden ince grenliye doğru sıra ile parlatma diskleri (Optidisc, Kerr, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) kullanılarak yapıldı.
