Endodontik Tedavili Molar ve Premolar Dişlerin Endokron Restorasyonlar ile Rehabilitasyonu: 3 Olgu

Abstract
Endodontik tedavi görmüş ve fazla madde kayıplı dişlerin restorasyonu günümüzde hala zorluk olmaya devam etmektedir.Bu dişler için en yaygın kullanılan restorasyon çeşidi kanal içi postlar ve kron kaplamalardır. Ancak kanal içi postlar diş yapısını zayıflatmakta ve köklerin kırılma riskini artırmaktadır. Adeziv tekniklerdeki ilerlemeyle birlikte ayrı bir post ve kron olmadan,kor yapısı ve kron restorasyonunu bünyesinde birleştiren, böylece tek bir parçadan oluşan endokron restorasyonların kullanımı daha minimal invaziv olmaları sebebiyle yaygınlaşmaktadır. Endokronlar çoğunlukla pulpa odasından ve gerektiğinde de kök kanallarından destek alarak tutuculuk sağlayan, adeziv sistemlerle yeterli stabiliteyi elde eden monoblok restorasyonlardır. Bu olgu sunumunda kanal tedavili dişlerin indirekt kompozit rezin kullanılarak üretilen molar endokron restorasyonlar ile rehabilitasyonu üç farklı vakada ele alınmıştır. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı endokron restorasyonların aşamalarının anlatılması ve klinik takip sonuçlarının aktarılmasıdır.
