CERRAHİ PLAK KULLANIMI İLE GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLEN FLEPSİZ İMPLANT CERRAHİSİYLE TÜM AĞIZ REHABİLİTASYONU: VAKA SUNUMU

Abstract
AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın implant cerrahisinin bilgisayar ortamında tasarlanması ve elde edilen cerrahi plaklar ile implant cerrahisinin gerçekleştirilmesidir.
GEREÇ VE YÖNTEMLER : 65 yaşındaki kadın hasta kliniğimize yetersiz çiğneme fonksiyonu ve diş kayıpları şikayeti ile başvurmuştur. Yapılan intraoral ve radyografik muayenesi sonucunda implant destekli protezler ile tedavinin tamamlanmasına ve cerrahi esnasında cerrahi rehber plak kullanımına karar verilmiştir. Hastadan elde edilen BT görüntüleri eşliğinde bilgisayar ortamında implant pozisyonları planlanmış ve cerrahi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
BULGULAR: Cerrahi sonrası alınan panoramik radyografide implantların istenilen vertikal konumda olmadığı fark edilmiş ve 48 saat anahtarı (ITI, Strauman, İsviçre) kullanılarak kemik seviyesine getirilmiştir. İmplant yerleşiminden 3 ay sonra tüm ağız rehabilitasyonu tamamlanmıştır.
SONUÇ: Osseointegrasyon başlamadan 48 saat içerisinde implant pozisyonları değiştirilebilir. Yapılan tedavi sonucunda hasta yetersiz olan çiğneme fonksiyonunu ve estetik görünümünü tekrar kazanmıştır.
