GGG50 Malzemenin Torna Tezgâhında Farklı Kesme Parametrelerinde işlenmesinde Titreşim, Ses Şiddetinin ve Yüzey Pürüzlülüğünün İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, GGG50 döküm malzeme işleme deneylerine tabi tutulmuştur. İşleme deneyleri tornalama metoduyla 4 farklı kesme hızı (50, 75, 100 ve125 m/dak.), dört farklı ilerleme hızı (0.1, 0.2, 0.3 ve 0.4 m/dak) ve 4 farklı talaş derinliklerinde (1, 1.5, 2 ve 2.5 mm) soğutma sıvısı kullanmadan kuru kesme şartlarından yapılmıştır.
Sonuç olarak farklı kesme parametrelerinin ses şiddeti, titreşim ve yüzey pürüzlülüğü üzerindeki ektisi incelenmiştir. İlerleme değeri artıkça titreşim değerinin, yüzey pürüzlülük değerinin ve ses şiddetinin artığı görülmüştür. Talaş derinliği artıkça titreşim ve ses şiddetinin artığı görülmüştür
