PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYENİN BULAŞICILIĞI: YÖNETİCİNİN PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYESİ ASTLARININ PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYESİNİ ETKİLER Mİ?

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı yöneticinin pozitif psikolojik sermayesinin astlarının pozitif psikolojik sermayesine olan etkisini, diğer bir ifadeyle yöneticinin psikolojik sermayesinin bulaşıcı olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla bir otomotiv ana sanayi firmasında çalışmakta olan 121 çalışanın katılımıyla görgül bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen en önemli bulgu yöneticinin psikolojik sermayesinin astın psikolojik sermayesini etkilediğidir. Üstelik bu etki pozitif psikolojik sermaye boyutlarının (umut, iyimserlik, psikolojik dayanıklılık, öz yeterlik) her birinde kendini göstermiş, en yüksek etki ise iyimserlik boyutunda tespit edilmiştir. Yani çalışanların en çok iyimserlik özelliklerinin yöneticilerinin iyimserlik özelliklerinden etkilendiği tespit edilmiştir.
