The aim of the study is to determine whether the organizational socialization and organizational silence levels of the employees in the accommodation enterprises with tourism operation certificate operating in the Edremit Bay Region have an effect on their intention to leave. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the survey technique was used as a data collection tool in the research. In this direction, a total of 315 survey forms from the employees could be included in the data set. In the analysis part of the research, structural equation model, normal distribution, reliability and confirmatory factor analyzes were used. In the research; The hypotheses about the effects of organizational socialization on organizational silence and turnover intention and organizational silence on turnover intention were partially supported.

Çalışmanın amacı, Edremit Körfez Bölgesi’nde faaliyet gösteren turizm işletme belgeli konaklama işletmelerindeki işgörenlerin, kurumlarda örgütsel sosyalleşme ve örgütsel sessizlik düzeylerinin ve işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerinde etkisinin var olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Çalışmanın amacını gerçekleştirebilmek için araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda işgörenlerden toplam 315 anket formu veri setine dahil edilebilmiştir. Araştırmanın analiz kısmında yapısal eşitlik modeli, normal dağılım, güvenilirlik ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmada; örgütsel sosyalleşmenin örgütsel sessizlik ve işten ayrılma niyeti ile örgütsel sessizliğin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerine etkilerine dair kurulan hipotezler kısmen desteklenmiştir.
