Furthermore, it delves into various counseling techniques that incorporate spirituality, such as methods centered on concentration, prayer, forgiveness, and meditation. These approaches equip counselors with valuable tools to effectively address the spiritual aspects of their clients' lives. In essence, this article provides a holistic view of integrating spirituality into psychological counseling, emphasizing the need for an approach that is all-encompassing and attuned to the unique requirements of each individual.
