With this research, it was aimed to determine the level of commitment of football players to the clubs they work in and to what extent these levels differ according to the variables obtained from the demographic characteristics of the football players. The participant group of the study consists of athletes who play football in clubs competing in the super league, 2nd league, 3rd league, regional amateur league (BAL) and amateur leagues (1st and 2nd amateur) in Trabzon. Applications were made by going to these clubs separately and data were obtained from 312 male football players. In the research, "Team Athletes Organizational Commitment Scale" was used as a data collection tool besides the personal information form. T-test, ANOVA, Tukey Multiple Comparison, Reliability analysis and Regression analysis were used as statistical methods in analyzing the data. According to the results obtained from the research, the scores obtained from all dimensions of identification, agreement and alienation of the organizational commitment of the football players are above the average value; the variables of age, education level, and years of doing sports were not effective on the commitment of the football players to the club; It has been determined that marital status, year of doing sports and league level variables are effective variables on football players' commitment to the club. In addition, it has been determined that the income levels of amateur and professional football players from the club and outside the club are not an effective factor on their commitment to the club. Based on these results, it is thought that conducting qualitative studies by taking into account the observed and unobserved variables on commitment to the club, and determining what the underlying causes of football players' loyalty to the club are will make the obstacles to footballers' loyalty more clear.
