Classical Turkish music and classical Turkish literature enriched the cultural life of the society by interacting with each other in every corner of the Ottoman geography. Regâibiyye is both a genre belonging to classical Turkish literature and a form of classical Turkish music. The number of regâibiyyes, which were composed and named after similar genres, is less compared to other types. The fact that a poet with the pseudonym "Şâkir" had a regaibiyye decorated with tawsihs and recited as a maqam is important for both our music and our literature. In the introduction part of our study, the relationship between genres of our literature and music is briefly mentioned. Afterward, the work of Şâkir, whose identity could not be identified in the sources, is examined. In this way, a general examination is made; the work is handled in terms of form, language and, style and, the relationship of the text with music is emphasized. The content of the work is compared to the existing regaibiyyes we have. Its connection with texts such as mawlid and siyer is mentioned and the theory of Nur-i Muhammadi is emphasized. Finally, the two copies of the work we could identify are described and the critical text is made on the two copies in question.
