Domates Sertliğinin Hasarsız Çarpma Tekniği Kullanılarak Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, altı farklı olgunluk safhasındaki Bandita F1 sera domates örneklerinde hasarsız çarpma testi uygulanmış ve çarpma testi sonrasında ölçülen çarpma parametreleri, referans ölçüm olarak kabul edilen ve domateslerin sertlik tanımlamasında kullanılan kabuk yırtılma kuvveti (KYK) ve kabuk sertliği (KS) ile ilişkilendirilerek sertlik modelleri geliştirilmiştir. Sertlik tahmin modellerinin geliştirilmesi amacıyla dinamik çarpma test düzeneği kullanılmıştır. Kuvvet algılayıcının üzerinde bağlantılı alüminyum çarpma plakası üzerine domates meyveleri 15 mm mesafeden çarptırılmıştır. Çarpma işlemi sonrası sertlik tahmin modeli geliştirmek amacıyla hasarsız çarpma parametresi çarpma kuvveti-temas zamanı grafikleri kullanılarak çıkartılmıştır. Elde edilen çarpma parametreleri referans ölçüm olarak kabul edilen KYK ve KS ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Çarpma parametre sayısı stepwise regresyon analiz yöntemi ile azaltılmıştır. Ölçülen hasarsız çarpma parametreleri çoklu doğrusal regresyon analiz yöntemi kullanılarak domates sertlik tahminleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan İstatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre, geliştirilen sertlik tahmin modelleri içerisinde çarpma parametreleri ile domates KS arasındaki ilişki yüksek çıkmıştır. Kalibrasyon ve doğrulama veri gruplarında domates KS tahmini belirtme katsayıları (R2) sırasıyla 0.86 ve 0.88 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Belirlenmiş olan domates kabuk sertlik grupları dikkate alınarak örneklerin sertlik tahmininde kullanılan Model A, Model B ve Model C için kalibrasyon ve doğrulama veri gruplarına ait sınıflandırma başarısı da hesaplanmıştır. Kalibrasyon veri grupları için Model A’da gerçek doğruluk 77 ve başarı yüzdesi de %83.70 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Kalibrasyon veri grubunda Model B için gerçek doğruluk 74 ve sınıflandırma başarı yüzdesi de %80.43 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu durum Model C için 77 gerçek doğruluk ve %83.70 sınıflandırma başarısı olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Doğrulama veri grubunda Model A ve Model B de gerçek doğruluk ve sınıflandırma başarı yüzdesi benzer sonuçlar vermiş ve Model C’den daha yüksek bulunmuştur.
