Morals occupies an important position in Islamic thought. This position of morals has also been confirmed by Islamic thinkers. Therefore philosophers have put forward their views on science of morals by considering it in the chapter of practice, which they accept as a part of philosophy. Before explaining the moral structure of man, Islamic moral philosophy focuses on what the nafs is and what its abilities are. Understanding the human nafs means building the foundations of studies on it on solid ground. After understanding the structure of the nafs, follows the information about the virtues that a person should have in order to develop morally and reach the level of a perfect human being and what are the disgraces that should be avoided. In this respect, in order for a person to be spiritually healthy and at the same time develop morally, spiritual medicine has an important place in Islamic moral philosophy. In this respect, it is seen that approach of Islamic thinkers to this issue is with utmost care. Ibn Taymiyyah is one of the thinkers who put forward an opinion in the field of spiritual medicine, especially in the context, and the treatment of heart diseases. In Ibn Taymiyya's approach to morality, Religion has an important place and the spiritual development of man is also dependent on religion. This study is about what a person should do in order to be healthy both physically and mentally from Ibn Taymiyya’s point of view. As a matter of fact, Ibn Taymiyya gives information about diseases of heart such as envy, stinginess and jealousy, and focuses on how they should be treated. A person's recovery from these diseases will contribute to his physical and mental health; because the body affects the soul, and the soul also affects the body. The relation between the body and the soul reflects itself in the moral structure of the humans. Therefore, in order for a person to be a perfect human being, he must first take good care of his body and soul. This can only achived by being a good servant to Allah under the guidance of the Qur'an.
