Abstract
İnşaat sektörünün proje temelli yapısı göz önüne alındığında, bir projenin başarısının hem şirketin hem de sektörün başarısını etkilemesi beklenmektedir. Mesleki eğitim de inşaat sektöründe proje başarısının önemli bir parçasıdır. İnşaat projelerinde çalışanların mesleki anlamda eğitilmesi, işçilikten kaynaklı hataları azaltarak sahadaki verimliliği ve projenin performansını artıracaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışmaya veri teşkil eden ülkelerin mesleki eğitim TPG arasında karşılaştırmalı bir değerlendirme yapmaktır. Bu amaçla, inşaat sektöründeki mesleki eğitim kurumlarının Temel Performans Göstergeleri (TPG’ler), Kurumsal Karne (KK) yönteminin finansal, stajyer memnuniyeti, iç süreç ve öğrenme ve büyüme perspektifleri kullanılarak tanımlanmıştır. TPG’ler Almanya, Hollanda, Litvanya ve Türkiye'de gerçekleştirilen çalıştaylarda değerlendirilmiş; toplanan veriler, Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (BAHS) kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
