Gebe Kadınların Doğum Öncesi Bakım Alma Durumu ve COVID-19 Pandemisinin Etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma gebe kadınların doğum öncesi bakım alma durumu ve COVID-19 pandemisinin etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan araştırmanın verileri Google Formlar kullanılarak, Ekim-Kasım 2021 tarihleri arasında toplandı. Araştırma 300 katılımcı ile tamamlandı. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından literatür taranarak hazırlanan anket formu ile toplandı. Tüm veriler IBM SPSS (v.23) kullanılarak analiz edildi.
Bulgular: Gebelik süresinde gebelik kontrollerini yaptırmak için hastaneye gittiğinde COVID-19 enfeksiyonu olma endişesi yaşayan, pandemi nedeniyle gebelik kontrollerini aksatan, önceki gebeliklerine göre pandemiye bağlı daha az ve yetersiz doğum öncesi bakım alan, pandemi nedeniyle aldığı doğum öncesi bakımdan memnun olmayan kadınların, gebelik sürecinde diğer kadınlara göre daha az doğum öncesi bakım aldıkları ve aralarındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu saptandı (p<0.05).
Sonuç: Sonuç olarak 2019 yılının Aralık ayında başlayan ve hızla yayılan COVID-19 enfeksiyonu gebelerin doğum öncesi bakım hizmetlerinden yararlanma durumunu etkilemektedir. Kadınlar COVID-19 olma endişesi nedeniyle hastane ziyaretlerini ve doğum öncesi bakımlarını aksatmıştır.
