Overin Granüloza hücreli tümörü:30 hastanın klinik ve patolojik özelliklerinin analizi

Abstract
Amaç: Overin granüloza hücreli tümörleri (GHT), overin seks kord- stromal bileşeninden kaynaklanan ve sıklığı az olan kanserlerinden biridir. Biz bu çalışmada granüloza hücreli over tümörlerinin nadir görülmesinden dolayı kendi kliniğimizdeki hastaların klinik ve patolojik özellikleri ile birlikte bu hastaların yönetimindeki deneyimimizi anlatmayı amaçladık. Yöntem ve Gereçler: Çalışmamıza histopatolojik tanısı granüloza hücreli tümör olan 30 hasta dahil edildi. Bu hastaların elektronik medikal dosyaları; demografik ve klinik özellikleri, tümörlerin patolojik özellikleri, cerrahi evreleri, uygulanan tedaviler, nüks durumları ve sağ kalımları bakımından retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: Hastaların ortalama yaşı 51,1 (13-77) idi ve en sık kliniğe başvuru şikayeti karın ağrısıydı (%40). Dört hastaya (%13,3) fertilite koruyucu cerrahi yapılırken 24 hastaya cerrahi evreleme yapıldı. Fertilite koruyucu cerrahi yapılan hastalardan sadece bir tanesinin gebelik istemi vardı ve sağlıklı tekil bir çocuk doğurdu. Hastaların %86,6’sı evre 1’de tanı aldı. Hastaların ortalama takip süresi 85 (8-252) aydı. Takip sırasında 5 hastada nüks gelişti ve bunlardan iki tanesi öldü. 5 ve 10 yıllık genel sağ kalım sırasıyla %96,7 ve %93.3 olarak saptanırken; 5 ve 10 yıllık hastalıksız sağ kalımın her ikisi de %90 olarak saptandı. Sonuç: Sonuç olarak çalışmamıza katılan hastaların analiz sonuçlarının daha önce yapılan çalışmalarla uyumlu olduğunu saptadık.
