İLETİŞİMDE ve İLİŞKİLERDE PHUBBİNG

Abstract

Modern yaşamla paralel olarak gelişen teknoloji
hayatımızın önemli bir parçasına dönüşmüştür. Teknolojinin sağladığı pek çok
kolaylıktan biri de iletişimi hızlandırmasıdır. İletişimde kaçınılmaz olarak
kullandığımız en önemli teknolojik keşif de telefonlarımızdır. Telefonlar
hayatımızı hem olumlu hem de olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Fakat olumsuzluklara
fazla dikkat etmiyoruz. Özellikle akıllı telefonların kullanımıyla birlikte
problemli telefon kullanımı da kendini göstermiştir. İnternet ve diğer
uygulamalar telefona bağımlılığı artırmıştır. Bu kötüye kullanım da sosyal
ilişkilerimize zarar vermektedir. Bu durumun sonucu olarak phubbing diye
adlandırdığımız yanlış bir davranış ortaya çıkmıştır. Başkalarını umursamadan
telefonuyla ilgilenmek diye tanımlanan bu davranış önemli bir soruna
dönüşmüştür. Günlük yaşamımızda ise sosyal kabalık şeklinde kendini
göstermektedir. Özellikle gençler arasında daha yaygın olarak kendini
göstermekte ve sosyal ilişkilerin kalitesini düşürmektedir. İş, aile ve arkadaş
gibi iletişim halinde olduğumuz insanlarla olan iletişimimizi olumsuz olarak
etkilemektedir. Kişisel bir problem olmaktan çıkıp global bir soruna
dönüşmüştür. Phubbingin gelecekte daha büyük tehlikeler oluşturma ihtimali
vardır. Bu nedenle phubbing ve ortaya çıkaracağı sorunlarla ilgili gerekli
tedbirle alınmalı ve insanlar bilinçlendirilmelidir.
