Abstract
Multipl sistem atrofi (MSA) erişkin yaşta başlayan, sporadik, parkinsonizm, serebellar ataksi, ürogenital fonksiyon bozukluğu ve otonom yetmezlik görülebilen ilerleyici, nörodejeneratif nadir bir hastalıktır. Myelinli transvers pontoserebellar iletim yollarının kaybıyla birlikte, pons üzerine çizilmiş bir haç görüntüsünü andıran “hot cross bun” işareti multipl sistem atrofinin radyolojik olarak önemli bir bulgusudur. Ponsta haç işareti görülmesi MSA’nın patognomonik bulgusu değildir, ancak ponsta haç işareti görüldüğünde ayırıcı tanıda mutlaka MSA düşünülmelidir.
