Öz
Konjenital larengeal web, vokal kordlar arasında anormal fibröz doku oluşumu ile karakterize nadir bir malformasyondur. Larengeal web cerrahisi 1 yaş altındaki çocuklarda tekrarlı işlem gerektirdiğinden, özellikle basit web olgularında rekürrensi engellemek için kullanılan mitomisin C uygulamasının gerekliliğini bir olgu ve literatür eşliğinde tartışmak istedik.

Öz
Congenital laryngeal web is a rare malformation characterized by the formation of abnormal fibrous tissue between the vocal cords. Since laryngeal web surgery requires repeated procedures in children under 1 year of age, we wanted to discuss the necessity of mitomycin C application, which is used to prevent recurrence, especially in simple web cases, in the light of a case and literature.
