Abstract

Küresel bir tehdit oluşturan ve tüm dünyada kitlesel ölümlere yol açan son solunum yolu salgını olan 1918 İs-panyol Gribi’nden bu yana, sağlık sektörü tıp bilimleri, teknolojiler ve yönetim sistemlerindeki gelişmeler sayesinde çok önemli gelişmeler göstermiş bulunmaktedır. Bu gelişmeler, dünyayı olası herhangi bir salgına karşı günümüze dek güvende hissettirmiş olsa da, COVID-19 bunun aksini kanıtladı. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de 7 ilde, 16 has-tane ve 8 tıp merkezi ile sağlık hizmeti sunan özel bir sağlık grubunda COVID-19 pandemisi esnasında ilgili sağlık tesisi ve sisteminin yönetilmesinde karşılaşılan sorunları, bunlar için üretilen çözümleri ve bu süreçte edinilen yönet-sel çıkarımları aktarmaktır. Süreç içerisinde özellikle lojistik, insan kaynakları, mimari tasarım ve tadilatlar, elektronik sağlık kayıt sistemleri ve temel sağlık hizmetlerinin sürdürülmesi konularında yaşanan aksaklıklar yöneticiler için önemli iyileştirme alanları olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu alanlarda yapılacak kalite ve hasta güvenliği çalışmaları, insan-lığın yaşayacağı sonraki krizler açısından sağlık sistemlerinin ayakta durmasını sağlayacaktır.
