Abstract

Inorderto minimize the CO2emissionandenergyconsumption,
which are disadvantageous during the cement production,perlit-basedcompositeswasproduced
in thisstudy. Tothis and, ground perlite was activated with sodiumhydroxide and
perlite-based cementless cubic composites with dimensions of 50 × 50 × 50 mm
were produced. The produced samples were cured for 24 and 48 hours curing time
at 90 ºC and 110 ºC curing temperature. The best curing
time was determined according to NaOH molarity of the solution and curing temperature.
The best compressive strength was determined as 46.76 MPa in perlite-based composites
having 15,5 solution molarity, 24 hours curing time and at 110 ºC curing temperature.

Perlit Esaslı Geopolimer Kompozitlere Kür Süresi Ve Sıcaklığın Etkisi

Year 2019, Volume: 11 Issue: 2, 730 - 737, 30.06.2019
