SOSYAL MEDYANIN KRİZ İLETİŞİMİNDE KULLANIMI: FAHRETTİN KOCA’NIN KORONAVİRÜS’ÜN İLK ALTI AYINDA TWİTTER KULLANIMI ÜZERİNE BİR ANALİZ

Abstract

2020 yılının başından itibaren tüm dünyanın gündemine oturan Koronavirüs pandemisi toplumlar ve kuruluşlar için tehdit ve belirsizlik içeren bir kriz faktörü olmuştur. Türkiye’de ilk defa bir hastaya Koronavirüs pozitif tanısı 11 Mart 2020’de konulsa da Ocak ayından itibaren çeşitli tedbirler alınmaya başlanmış, yaşanan süreçte Sağlık Bakanı Fahrettin Koca medya ve kamuoyunun yakından takip ettiği bir isim haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de Koronavirüs salgını sürecinde nasıl bir kriz iletişiminin tercih edildiğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmış, Fahrettin Koca’nın salgının ilk altı ayında Twitter hesabından hangi tema ve konularda paylaşım yaptığı, aldığı etkileşim, paylaşımlarındaki medya kullanımı ve üslubu içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Twitter’ın kriz iletişimi süresince düzenli ve yoğun olarak kullanıldığı, etkileşim sayılarının altı aylık süreçte artış gösterdiği, paylaşımlarda en çok bilgi verme üslubunun kullanıldığı ve paylaşımların daha çok fotoğraflı olarak yapıldığı saptanmıştır.
