The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between 21st century teacher skills and learner skills of primary school teacher candidates. Alternative cognitive characteristics, changes in cultural and social values, expectations for teaching and learning as learning skills of the new millennium; The skills of the students are facilitating their learning and encouraging their creativity, designing and developing learning environments and assessment activities suitable for the digital age, working and learning in the digital age, modeling in digital citizenship, participating in professional development and leadership activities. This research is a correlational study developed by Göksün (2016) examining possible relationships between the sub-dimensions of teacher and learner skills scales. The universe of the research is composed of students of the education faculty teacher education program. It is aimed to reach the entire universe. Partial correlation was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between primary school teacher candidates' 21st century teacher and learner skills usage levels and various sub-dimensions of this skill area.
