The aim of this research is to learn the theoretical knowledge levels and behavioral tendencies of the students who take the Law and Justice course, which is given as an elective course in secondary school, in the context of migration status and the cause of migration, and to determine their level of meaningfulness. For this purpose, a total of five secondary schools in Sultanbeyli district, which is the research area, where Law and Justice courses are given have been determined. A total of 446 students at the 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels participated in the research. The data obtained by using the survey method in the study were patterned with the descriptive relational research model from the quantitative research methods. In order to measure the theoretical knowledge levels of the students in the surveys, “Law and Justice Course Theoretical Knowledge and Application Tendency Scale” was used. The data obtained within the scope of the study were analyzed by using t-Test and ANOVA test using SPSS 26 program in computer environment. According to the results of the analysis, there was no significant difference between the migration status of the students and their theoretical knowledge levels. In addition, there was no significant relationship between the migration of the students' families and their behavioral tendencies. Accordingly, various recommendations were made based on the results obtained at the end of the research.
