Uzman Bakış Açısına Göre Havlu Kalite Algısının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, havlu sektöründe mesleki tecrübeye sahip uzmanlar tarafından değerlendirilen bir anket ile havluların kalite algılarının anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Uzmanların çalıştığı tekstil firmalarında yapılan ankete Denizli-Türkiye’de 10 farklı firmadan toplam 30 uzman (18 erkek ve 12 kadın) katılmıştır. Uzmanlara “Havlu kalitesini renk ve desen dışında tanımlayan parametreleri söyleyebilir misiniz?” soru sorulmuş ve her uzmandan havlu kalitesini belirleyen en az 3 parametre söylenmesi istenmiştir. Tercihler önem sırasına göre not edilmiş ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Eş anlamlıların ve benzer kelimelerin ortadan kaldırılması ve basitleştirilmesinden sonra, yumuşaklık, su emicilik, görünüm, iplik kalitesi, ağırlık ve dolgunluğun havlu kalitesini uzmanların bakış açısına göre tanımlamak için önemli parametreler olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
