Bu çalışmada farklı
oranlarda üretilen tencel pamuk karışımı ipliklerin performans özelliklerinin
incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla beş farklı karışım oranında (%25-%75,
%50-%50, %75-%25 tencel-pamuk, %100 tencel ve % 100 penye pamuk) aynı büküm ve
doğrusal yoğunluğa sahip iplikler aynı üretim hattında üretilmişlerdir. Üretilen
ipliklerin mukavemet özellikleri (kopma kuvveti, kopma mukavemeti, kopma
This study aims
to investigate the performance properties of the tencel/cotton blended yarns
produced different blend ratios. For this purpose the yarns have been produced
with five
different blend ratios (25 % - 75 %, 50
% - 50 %, 75 % - 25% tencel/cotton, 100
% tencel and 100 % combed cotton ) at the same production line. The tenacity
properties (breaking load, breaking tenacity, breaking elongation, work of
rupture), unevennes, hairiness, thin and thick places, twist liveliness and
package hardnes values have been tested according to the standarts. The results
obtained have been assessed by means of SPSS statistical analysis program and
variation analysis, and Student–Newman–Keuls tests were carried out at 5%
(0.05) level of significance. The results of this study indicate that the
effects of blending ratio of tencel fibre on tensile properties and unevenness
values of the yarns are statistically significant and it is seen that the
tenacity values (breaking load, breaking tenacity, breaking elongation, work of
rupture) are increased and % Um, % Cvm, thin and thick places, neps values are decreased with the increase of tencel
fibre ratio in the blend.

30.03.2021-Beginning with our April 2021 (26/1) issue, in accordance with the new criteria of TR-Dizin, the Declaration of Conflict of Interest and the Declaration of Author Contribution forms fulfilled and signed by all authors are required as well as the Copyright form during the initial submission of the manuscript. Furthermore two new sections, i.e. ‘Conflict of Interest’ and ‘Author Contribution’, should be added to the manuscript. Links of those forms that should be submitted with the initial manuscript can be found in our 'Author Guidelines' and 'Submission Procedure' pages. The manuscript template is also updated. For articles reviewed and accepted for publication in our 2021 and ongoing issues and for articles currently under review process, those forms should also be fulfilled, signed and uploaded to the system by authors.
