Dizel motorlarının yüksek basınçlı yakıt enjeksiyon teknolojisi, emisyon düzenlemelerinin
gerçekleştirilmesinde tatmin edici teknolojilerden biri olarak kabul edilir. Bu teknoloji, yakıtın
atomizasyonunu geliştirerek yanma verimini iyileştirip zararlı emisyonları ve gürültüyü azaltabilir. Bu
avantajların geliştirilmesi ise ilgili parametrelerin etkilerinin tasarımcılar tarafından biliniyor olmasına
bağlıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı piezo common rail enjektörlerin en önemli parçalarından olan aktüatör
modül üzerine uygulanan ön yük kuvvetindeki değişimin enjektörün voltaj ihtiyacına, püskürtme
miktarına ve titreşim frekansına etkilerinin deneylerle incelenmesi ve aktüatör modülü oluşturan piezo
seramiklerin voltaj altında gösterdikleri boy uzama miktarlarının araştırılmasıdır.

The high-pressure fuel injection technology of diesel engines is considered to be one of the
satisfactory technologies in achieving emission regulations. This technology can improve combustion
efficiency and reduce harmful emissions and noise by improving the atomization of fuel. The
development of these advantages depends on the fact that the effects of the relevant parameters are known
to the designers. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the change in the preload force
applied on the actuator module, which is one of the most important parts of piezo common rail injectors,
to the voltage requirement, spray amount and vibration frequency of the injectors by experiments and to
investigate the length elongation of piezo ceramics forming the actor module under voltage.
