Unit Price Analysis of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization is often used as a preferred resource in determining the approximate cost of construction and in preparing the work schedule. Within the scope of this study, man hour values 11 work items, which are widely used in construction of reinforced concrete buildings, are calculated by work measurement and related information was collected from subcontractors. Man hour values calculated as a result of work measurement and subcontractor experiences are compared with the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization unıt price analysis data. As a result of the study, it is concluded that the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization data should be revised according to current technology.
İnşaat sektöründe yapı yaklaşık maliyeti belirlenirken ve iş programı hazırlanırken pratik olması amacıyla Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı’na ait Birim Fiyat Analizleri sıklıkla tercih edilen bir kaynak olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında betonarme bina inşaatlarında yaygın olarak kullanılan 11 adet iş kaleminin iş ölçüm yöntemi ile adam saat değerleri hesaplanmış ve bu çalışmaya ek olarak taşeronlardan deneyimlerine bağlı olarak adam saat değerleri ile ilgili bilgi toplanmıştır. İş ölçümü ve taşeron deneyimleri sonucu hesaplanan işgücü verimlilikleri Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı verileri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı verilerinin güncel teknolojiye göre revize edilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
