Sleep and Immune System; best weapon against to Coronavirus

Abstract

Koronavirüsler (CoV'ler) çok çeşitli doğal konakçılara sahip olduğu bilinen pozitif duyarlı RNA virüslerinin açık ara en büyük grubudur. Bağışıklık tepkisi CoV enfeksiyonlarını kontrol etmek ve ortadan kaldırmak için gereklidir, ancak uyumsuz bağışıklık tepkileri ölüme yol açabilecek immünopatolojiye ve bozulmuş pulmoner gaz değişimine neden olabilir. Bu nedenle, bu makalede, esas olarak uyku bozukluğu nedeniyle iltihaplanmanın hücre ve organ fonksiyonları üzerindeki olumsuz etkisini en aza indiren enfeksiyonlara karşı vücut bağışıklık yanıtlarının düzenlenmesinde ve optimize edilmesinde düzenli yeterli uyuma önemine odaklandık. Özellikle enfeksiyonların şiddetini ve sonraki ölümleri artırabilecek olumsuz etkilere ve bağışıklık tepkisinin bozulmasına yol açabilir.
