The assessment of the universities of 81 countries which is published by Times Higher Education under the name of World University Rankings 2018 in which Turkey is included is measured by objective coefficient methods and multi criteria decision analysis. In this study, CRITIC and ENTROPI which are objective coefficient methods and TOPSIS, MAUT, SAW and ARAS which are multi criteria decision analysis techniques are used. In the study, the effect of CRITIC and ENTROPI which are two distinct objective coefficient methods on conclusion are investigated. In practice; performance evaluation criteria are grouped in five areas: teaching, research, quotation, industry revenues and international outlook. The rankings which are conducted by using four different methods are combined into a single integrated ranking by using BORDA counting method. In the study, a general briefing about performance concept are made and multi criteria analysis is explained. These concepts are brought together and the theory and practice part of the study is formed. The performance of universities and countries is assessed based on multi criteria analysis. As a result of the study, based on both weighting methods, Singapore is found to be the first in the ranking.
