Bir mangan cevheri için yer çekimi ile zenginleştirme akım şeması oluşturma çalışmaları

Abstract
Bu çalışmada Mn/Fe oranı 1 olan yerçekimi ile zenginleştirilmesi problemli bir mangan cevherinin (Mn/Fe oranı = 1), tahribatsız ve kimyasal kullanımının olmadığı fiziksel yöntemlerle zenginleştirilmesinin araştırılması ve uygun tesis tasarımına ilişkin bulgular sunulmaktadır. Deneysel çalışmalar kapsamında cevherin farklı tane boyları üzerinde ağır sıvı analizi ve sallantılı masa testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ağır sıvı sonuçları ve boyut dağılımları kullanılarak yerçekimiyle zenginleştirme devresinin performansı modelleme-simülasyon yardımıyla belirlenmiştir.
Cevherin kırma ve zenginleştirilmesine yönelik gerçekleştirilen simülasyon çalışmalarında, bünyesinde ağır ortam içeren bir akım şeması kullanılarak cevherden % 51 Mn verimi ile miktarca % 33.3 oranında, % 39.48 Mn ve % 11.75 Fe içerikli bir konsantrenin elde edilmesi mümkün görünmektedir. Konsantrenin SiO2 içeriği ise % 8-10 seviyelerine düşürülmüştür. Bu kapsamda Mn/Fe oranı yaklaşık “1” olan cevherden, spiraller ve ağır ortam ile zenginleştirmenin entegre edildiği akım şeması kullanılarak Mn/Fe oranı 3.36 olan ve metalurjik süreçlerde kullanılabilir bir mangan konsantresinin elde edilebileceği görülmektedir.
